Just thought I’d offer an update on my “to-do list” exploits. Sadly I’ve been a bit down for the count, lately, due to some as of yet unexplained medical issues. Nothing serious just, irritating.

Despite having what feels like ample free time, since I haven’t been feeling well, I haven’t been able to get much of anything finished. My ability to concentrate and work with my hands has been…limited. Hoping it clears up soon. I have some messages to respond to, spacescapes to make, fractals to create, drawings to complete, a whole slew of other completely awesome artsy and crafty ideas to put into motion that I’ve thought of over the past couple of weeks, AND some patterns to distribute! :)

IOU! by Karissa COle 2013 ea1701

One of the first things I want to finish once I’m feeling better is “the Day of the Octopuses.” I just realized, though, that every time I plan ahead when it comes to amigurumi, I run into more troubles than if I just wing it from the start. Hopefully I haven’t jinxed my next free pattern by planning it too much! I’m really hoping it comes out as cute as it looks in my head :)

Although, to be honest, my head is so crammed with things I like to do, who knows what’ll happen. I might just explode creativity one of these days…I could be a walking time bomb and not even know it…

  1. Oh dear, I do know how frustrating that feels… Get well soon! Looking forward to the octopus pattern ^_^ (haha because everything you do make always turns out so good)

    • Thanks so much! ^^ I’m really hoping I’m up to working on the pattern sometime this week :)

      • Yah ^_^ but don’t overstrain yourself! I don’t mind waiting a little longer if it will aid your recovery. I shall wait patiently for your post

I hope you feel better soon. I know how frustrating that ‘spinning your wheels’ feeling is. I can’t wait to see your octopus pattern!

    God bless…

    • Yes, it definitely is frustrating! I hope your struggles are going well, though, and I hope I’m able to make some progress myself too. And thank you!
